Matter

Matter gives your practice one place to manage live cases, request documents, review uploads, keep notes, and give customers a portal for their side of the work.

Matter has two portals:

  • Agent portal: the internal workspace for staff.
  • Customer portal: the external workspace where customers see cases, requests, and files they can access.
