Neudash Subprocessors

We use third-party subprocessors, such as cloud computing providers and customer support software, to run Neudash (the service). We establish GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with each subprocessor, extending GDPR safeguards everywhere personal data is processed.
The following is a list of personal data subprocessors we use:
- Customer.io — Customer communications and lifecycle messaging
- Discourse / Civilized Discourse Construction Kit, Inc. — Hosted community forum services
- Google Cloud Platform — Cloud computing services and infrastructure
- Google Firebase Authentication — User authentication and identity management
- Google Firebase Firestore — Cloud database and data storage
- Google Vertex AI — AI and machine learning services
- Google Analytics — Web analytics (if applicable)
- OpenMeter — Usage metering and billing infrastructure
- PostHog — Product analytics, usage insights, and customer communications
- Stripe — Payment processing and billing
- Twilio — Communications and messaging services
- Xero — Accounting and invoicing integration
Updates to this List
We will notify customers at least 14 days before engaging any new subprocessor or making any material change to our existing subprocessors by updating this list and sending a notification to the email address associated with the customer's account, or through the subprocessor notification mechanism if the customer has subscribed to subprocessor notifications via account settings.
